  9. End-users of the unregistered versions of the CG Laboratory
  10. are licensed to use this software on a trial basis for their
  11. approval. If the user decides to keep and use this software
  12. as intended, the user should register the program with
  13. Linguistic Instruments, as described in 'ordering
  14. information'.

  16. Sysops: This program may be freely distributed over the
  17. Internet as long as there are no files added to or removed
  18. from the original compressed file package. Any and all file
  19. modifications are strictly prohibited.

  21. Vendors, Sysops, Distributors, Computer Clubs and User
  22. Groups wishing to add the software product to their library
  23. may do so in accordance with the Distribution Restrictions
  24. listed below.

  30. Linguistic Instruments authorizes distribution only in

  36.      written permission from Linguistic Instruments.

  38.    - Vendors that have purchased REGISTERED versions of the
  39.      software will be the first to receive:

  43.         - PRESS RELEASES

  45.    - This software product is defined as containing all the
  46.      material listed in the "Packing list" file. If any
  47.      files listed in the "Packing list" file are missing,
  48.      then this product is not complete and distribution is
  49.      forbidden. Please contact us to obtain a complete
  50.      product suitable for distribution.

  52.    - This software product - including all related program
  53.      files and documentation files - CANNOT be modified in
  54.      any way and must be distributed as a complete product,

  73.      products as "FREE SOFTWARE". Shareware is "Try-Before-
  74.      You-Buy" software, it is not free. You may not list any
  75.      of our products in advertisements, catalogs, or other
  76.      literature which describes our products as "PUBLIC
  77.      DOMAIN SOFTWARE". This is copyrighted material. It is
  78.      not, and never has been, in the public domain.

  80.    - Licensee shall not copy, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  81.      recompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or
  82.      transfer the licensed program except as provided in
  83.      this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result
  84.      in immediate and automatic termination of this license
  85.      in addition to other remedies available to Linguistic
  86.      Instruments at law.
